Best New Psychedelic Music - July 2026 Digest
Alejo - NERVES

album
NERVESAlejo has delivered a remarkably diverse album. NERVES blends halftime, glitch hop, dnb, leftfield bass into something that... doesn't really sound like any of these. Full of lush atmospheres, playful melodies and relaxing moments, the album is a perfect opportunity for downtempo fans who are curious to get into bass music.
Advanced Suite - E.G.O.

album
E.G.O.One of most prolific psydub producers - Advanced Suite - surprised us with something more experimental than his usual releases. It's still great psydub as he usually makes, just with a bit more influence of glitch/breaks/IDM.
Odd Rhythm - MERCURY

album
MERCURYOne of more interesting debuts, especially for bass & dubstep fans. Odd Rhythm focuses on halftime with influences of dub, ambient, glitch and downtempo. Interesting, playful, experimental. Tipper fans will love it.
Bluetech - Petite Constellations
I can't believe this May release slipped past me last month. Bluetech returns with lush melodic analog synthesis and warm production.
Seamoon - Endless Dawn
After a break, Seamoon returns with a new chillgressive EP. "Beyond Language" is one of the freshest and more inspiring takes on the subgenre I've heard in a while.
Akudra - Hidden Impulse

album
Hidden ImpulseOne of my favorite Zenonesque artists - Akudra, also known as Tribone - just dropped a new EP. These hypnotic grooves and driving basslines will keep you moving for hours.
Kveld - Hamarlauta (Klaada remix)
This dark folk infused chillgressive remix Klaada just dropped, along with other tracks he's been releasing recently, are making me super excited for the next Klaada's album!
SETI Project - Boundary Of Imagination
With four tracks like "Smoke More Weed", this EP from SETI Project is a great addition to collection for lovers of the classic goa sound.
Desert Dwellers - Dreaming of Downtempo
The "Deep Breath" remix transforms a psytrance track from Ace Ventura and Vertical Mode into an immersive downtempo experience. The "Traversing The Endless Roads" remix by Anton Tumas, on the other hand, transforms a downtempo track into a deep, dreamy organic house.
Unusual Cosmic Process - Tranquility

album
TranquailityThis ambient expedition might be of interest to those who seek calming, melodic and introspective pieces. A combination of field recordings, lush pads and atmospheres, and blissful piano.
Crawdad Sniper & Daggz - Bagua/Metanoia

album
Bagua/Metanoia EPFor these looking something more experimental and crunchy - this EP might hit the spot. Crawdad Sniper and Daggz collaborated on two tracks, "Bagua" and "Metanoia" to create an experimental blend of neurofunk, glitch hop and dubstep.
Iterate - Stylus
A blend of bass music, breaks and glitch hop. Impressively glitched out.
Suduaya - The Oasis
A peaceful electronic chillout/downtempo with a subtle touch of progressive psychedelic.
Liquid Bloom, Share The Light, Bloomurian - Earth Walkers
A relaxing combination of tribal vocals, soft melodies and organic downtempo.
Liquid Bloom, Moondrop, Evan Fraser - Loving Awareness
Another single from Liquid Bloom - this time it's a deep ambient with gentle vocals - perfect one to unwind to.
